Return Policy

Return due to change of mind

We accept returns for purchased products, as long as they are intact and unused . Specifically:

  • The sticker must not have been removed from the protective film.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product , as provided for by the right of withdrawal (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 – Consumer Code).

To start the return process, please contact us by email at info@skinmycard.com and specify:

  • The order number.
  • The date of purchase.
  • A brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Once we have verified the eligibility of the return, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated.

Return for defective or non-compliant product

In case the product received has manufacturing defects or does not conform to what was ordered, we offer a refund or replacement at no additional cost.
To proceed, we invite you to:

  • Please send an email to info@skinmycard.com within 14 days of receiving your product .
  • Attach photographic evidence demonstrating the defect or non-conformity.
  • Please indicate your order number and a detailed description of the problem.

Once we have received and verified the evidence, we will inform you of the outcome of your request and the return or replacement procedures.

General conditions

We do not accept returns for products that have already been used (e.g. peeled off or applied stickers).

  • In case of non-compliance with these return policies, we reserve the right to refuse the request.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of the return being approved.
